Never Again

I had considered ending my investment with them a couple of years ago because I wasn’t that impressed with how it was performing. Now, when it is beginning to go really badly, they will not release the money to my nominated bank account (despite it being correct) and in the time it is taking me to resolve this the value of my investment continues to fall. They regard this as being my problem not theirs. I fully understand that stocks and shares can go down in value but I have not been impressed by Aegon’s attitude in this matter.
