Always helpful and easy to contact. Account info online is easy to follow and up to date. They keep you informed about your creditors etc. They keep you informed of current offers/options to clear your debts. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

Payplan helped me enormously. They contacted all of my creditors and asked if the interest on my accounts could be frozen to give me a better chance of paying off my debts. They were very helpful in going through my income and outgoing and we arrived at an affordable figure to allow me to repay my debts and get my life back no track. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
