A problem shared is a problem halved

I think the best way to describe how PayPlan helped me is not just practically but emotionally too. The feeling of shame, disgust, guilt, failure, no way out weighed down on me. Making the call - traumatic - took me weeks to get the courage but as soon as the call was answered and I mean as soon as the call was answered I began to feel that there was hope. I wasn’t alone but most importantly there was no tutting, no judgment just the teasing out of information, really gently as I was a blubbering mess of emotions. It was such a weight off my shoulders it is so hard to describe. I felt I could breathe again. I am so thankful that I called PayPlan. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022
