Not judgemental of how you ended up in this situation

Every member of staff I have spoken to has always been sympathetic and understanding when dealing with any queries I have had. They have also always listened to the full information I have gave without interrupting unless they have needed me to be more specific, even then I felt like they were listening to me and helping me answer any questions about any information I was giving. They also made me feel like I was the most important person during every communication I have had. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022
