Payplan - Quality Service Team

I wouldn't trust my DMP to any other provider ! My wife and I had never heard of Payplan until approximately 18 months ago when our Bank first introduced us as a partner. Right from the very outset of out engagement with Payplan they have always been nothing but polite and courteous, friendly, professional and straight to the point, business like, highly knowledgeable in their sphere of expertise, incredibly responsive, thoroughly accessible when required and always available on the end of the phone if urgently required. Something never to be taken for granted these days ! Always ready and rapid to respond to your queries and issues. Overall, highly successful in their DMP solutions delivery but above all provide great peace of mind. Payplan also have a light touch approach once your DMP is up and running, leaving you to get on with living your life whilst providing helpful support assurances whenever required. We are extremely grateful to Payplan in all that they have done for us and can only testify how greatly we have benefited from their level of expertise and professional services.
