A way out but customer service needs improvement

Initially when I contacted PayPlan I was really impressed and I honestly can’t tell you how much all has been such a huge weight and stress off of my shoulders, however once my plan was all in place, that initial excellent customer service doesn’t seem to have been matched when I’ve got in touch via emails and messaged on the app, which is pretty disappointing. Your plans are a way out of what can feel like a helpless and impossible situation, then to not have someone there to answer any questions moving forward it a worry. Hopefully it has just been a blip, as initially was so impressed. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022
