In a difficult situation, PayPlan has been so helpful and I'm so glad I chose to work with them.

In reviewing my options during financial difficulty, PayPlan was by far the most helpful and approachable company I came across. They guided me through the whole process and kept me updated consistently from enquiry to the commencement of my IVA plan. The have maintained great contact throughout my plan so far and the website is really simple to use for uploading documents, updating my budget and commicating with the PayPlan team.
