A 5 star service

My sister recommended Payplan to me. It was unfortunate that my relationship circumstances caused me to seek help from Payplan. My initial call was so professional, there was no judgment towards me or the reasons I had ended up in my situation. Whilst working out my finances, in a bid to finishing my plan sooner, I tried to cut out all my treats, fun activities, hobbies and even tried to say I only spent an incredibly tiny amount on food etc. but in PayPlan's very professional capacity, they told me there was no need to starve myself nor was there any need to cut out things like hobbies. They helped me to work out manageable amounts to repay each month, including allowing a small contribution into my savings. I have 13 months left on plan and I can say it was worth it. If a creditor contacted me by letter or phone, I just referred them to PayPlan who dealt with their queries. I highly recommend their services. They are professional, prompt in response and you always get a real person rather than an automated service. If you're struggling, please don't. PayPlan will help you. Reviewed on: 17th June 2023

With PayPlan there is no need to struggle in the dark

Just when I had lost hope of getting my finances back on track, a relative recommended PayPlan to me. It still took me a while to make the initial call, but as soon as I did, I felt 'listened to' and I felt 'helped'. I gave my income and outgoings and it was all worked out whilst I stayed on the phone, and a reasonable monthly repayment plan was established. I was worried I'd have to make so many cutbacks and not enjoy my life for 'x' years but not the case. I was allowed to incorporate hobbies like the gym, dance class, a few nights out, buying a few clothing items, even buying lunch at work etc. Everything was covered. I was even allowed to include the extra money I'd spend on gifts for birthdays and Christmas so on those months I wouldn't struggle with repayments. I can only say, if you are struggling and no other avenue works for you, speak to PayPlan. Their support never stops. Almost a year later and if I'm ever concerned or if a debtor contacts me or sends me a letter directly, all I need to do is send a copy of the debtors letter to PayPlan. They deal with the rest and inform me that I need not worry, they have dealt with it. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2022
