Great communication

Initially, I was very unsettled about going on DMP, but PayPlan were recommended by Experian and so after reading the reviews, I decided to apply with them. It was nice to have the option to either phone or to set it up on live chat as I was embarrassed to be doing it. However, I was never made to feel guilty by the adviser and she was very efficient throughout. I didn't feel it was a difficult process, as had all the information needed for the questions asked. A decision was made very quickly and from that moment, already felt a bit of relief, knowing someone could help me. Although only been a couple of months in, I have managed to get answers to any queries and concerns immediately and had my mind put at rest. Would absolutely recommend PayPlan to anyone who is in need of help and don't hold back of you feel embarrassed, as this company will put you at ease 100%. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2022
