They put you at ease !

Having debt is so hard to cope with, whether it’s your own doing or from a set of circumstances out of your control. Payplan came alongside us and took away the concerns and fears from our debt. My wife and I struggled for far to long before making the phone call to Payplan. I must admit it was a hard call to make, but straightaway our lives changed and a way through was gently and kindly found for us from the great people at Payplan. We were never made to feel bad in any way , just 100% support. We are now nearing the end of the 5 year IVA and only have praise for the Payplan team that helped us. I cannot recommend them higher. During the 5 years our circumstances have changed many times leading to a different payment amount being needed and each time we were guided through with no pressure to pay more than we could honestly afford.
