Lifesavers!

Having lost my career due to Covid my savings ran out and I couldn’t pay my bills including my mortgage I had debtors chasing me 24/7 by post, by email, by sms, by telephone and I couldn’t take anymore. I tried in vain to get help from step change but could never get through then I found PayPlan and what a massive relief! They explained my options, talked me through the process and allowed me to breath again! I kept my house and have slowly but surely built my credit score back up again. After a few months I started getting mothered by the debt collecting agencies as the debtors had passed my debts in so I just sent a copy of anything I received to PayPlan and again they sorted it all out.
