Finally a bank that gets it

I love my Monzo account. 5 years ago it was dire straights for me and into a debt management plan. The sorting money into pots from Monzo really helped me budget and control my money and I haven’t looked back. Last year they started contents insurance. I Just LOVE Monzo

I've been a Monzo customer for quite some time now, and I can confidently say it has transformed how I manage my finances. The user-friendly app interface is intuitive and packed with practical features, like instant spending notifications, budgeting tools, and saving pots, which make it incredibly easy to stay on top of my finances. What truly sets Monzo apart is their exceptional customer service. On the rare occasion I've had an issue, their team has always been quick, friendly, and efficient in resolving it. I also appreciate how transparent they are with fees—no hidden surprises! Another highlight is the international functionality. Whenever I've traveled, Monzo has been a lifesaver, with fair exchange rates and no extra charges for spending abroad. Overall, Monzo goes above and beyond to put their customers first. Feeling relieved

For over 12 months i struggled with debt and its was all getting too much pay coming in and not enough for the outgoings. I decided one day enough was enough and seen a link through my bank for Payplan. 2 weeks later i was on a debt management plan with over £40K of debt aligned into the plan over 3 years. The team have been and remain fantastic with helping remove the anxiety with regards to the chase letters for payment and the customer service is outstanding.
