PayPlan made a huge difference to me by helping get the interest on my debt frozen, which allowed me to start making inroads on reducing the debt. It also helped reduce the stress of dealing directly with several different creditors, by communicating with them on my behalf. I wish I had been aware that such help was out there earlier instead of running up thousands of pounds worth of interest charges, it would have have stopped my situation becoming so serious in the first place.
