Staff are always knowledgeable, helpful and informative when providing or giving you information. It is an invaluable service provided to many people who have a change in circumstances through no fault of their own that can then mean they find themselves in financial trouble and hardship. Until you have experienced something like this in your life, you don't truly understand it at all.
