Exceptional and Professional Support

The initial assessment was taken on with dignity and fair consideration of circumstances. The annual reviews which for me are worrying, upsetting and stressful have not been a problem as I have been listened to and Ben able to carry these out without sending my mental health into crisis.. My circumstances are delt with empathy, non judgemental and considerate. A complicated process is explained simply and in full. Expectations are clear and concise with all legalities and communication taken on and feedback given at each stage. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2022
