Intelligent, responsive, helpful

I have been thankful that I signed on with PayPlan. As a result of poor health and being the object of a bullying campaign, I found myself in a precarious financial situation.. PayPlan has enabled me to get a grip on this and it has treated me as a human being throughout, so I can pay my debts and live modestly but with autonomy. I really appreciate its input. Willingness to listen

Nearly always I have been impressed by the capacity of PayPlan people to.listen to my side of the story, and I really appreciate that. Once I was quite shocked when someone stepped in and wanted to impose terms on me - it made me feel very unsafe, in a situation where my debt has been created by my vulnerability to bullying. But I protested, and the point was made. I am much.more likely to emerge from this horrible situation in good shape if there is a culture of respect - and mostly I have been heartened by the sense of respect as a vital part of PayPlan culture.
