Professional; informative & person centred with realistic resolutions

I was initially embarrassed and nervous about requesting financial support. My fears were unfound however, as the approach from the Payplan team during discussion, gave me the confidence to disclose my issues and to also ask questions, however naive, they might have appeared. I cannot put into words how the whole procedure of resolving my financial problems improved my state of mind at the time, and how it has had a positive impact on how I deal with my finances in the future. The whole process of managing my debt was quickly resolved and I know that I can continue to contact Payplan if I have any queries/concerns in the future.
