A life-raft in difficult waters

I have always struggled with money, and coming from a relatively comfortable middle-class family, debt was something no-one around me spoke about. Even working and living in Leeds and London after university, money was always a stress point in my life. The situation grew slowly, like a tumor, over the years, until I was eventually drowning in debt and unable to open up about it to anyone around me - the subject was taboo and I knew that my family couldn't help me out of the situation I found myself in. Just when it was starting to feel completely overwhelming, I found PayPlan, and in one phone call my entire life changed. They were a non-judgmental, considerate, kind and supportive life-raft when I was deep into difficult waters. I trust them, and feel supported by them - it is life-changing to know that someone is now squarely on your side. After dealing with my debt for so many years alone, I can't tell you how dramatically my life and mental health has improved through the work PayPlan does, and the way they do it. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who is struggling with debt. I can only say thank you, and that I hope their work continues as long as they are needed. Reviewed on: 24th May 2022
