PAYPLAN

We were referred to Payplan by the CAB back in 2008 when, financially, things were going from bad to worse. This proved to be a turning point for us as we were able to set up a DMP and take more control over our situation. Since then Payplan have always provided excellent advice and we have stayed crisis free for the whole time we have used their services. When our work situation changed they provided a no-fuss reassessment to ensure that our creditors continued to be paid at a reduced rate. A review takes place with our Case Manager every year to make sure our details are up to date and that we are able to manage our DMP. We cannot thank Payplan enough for the assistance and consideration they have afforded us over the time we have been with them. They really are excellent. Reviewed on: 25th May 2022
