Provided help at a critical time

The staff at Payplan gave me crucial support and guidance on my financial position and a solution when I was distraught with worry. As a pensioner they appreciated my anxieties and spoke positively and politely when explaining the debt solution and the use of portals to someone unfamiliar with that technology. They were a lifesaver and I will be for ever grateful for that referral from the bank when I was at my wits end. Reviewed on: 27th May 2022
