Helpful but customer service is hit and miss

Yes payplan have assisted in managing my debt, but do not feel that there is any personal touch, thought or appreciation as to how the client feels, they couldnt even get my name right. Feel the advisors dont buy into the company ethos, and would appreciate advisors who actually engaged with you in a more positive manner, will be happy once my plan has finally come to an end!
