Family business, first class personal service

I’ve been a customer of Cockle Finance for a little under a year now. Being a lone parent, they have helped me give my children a nicer Christmas, little holidays that I wouldn’t be able to afford on my income and I’m now able to start learning to drive. Even if I tried, I wouldn’t be able to find a fault with their service, customer care or their policies and practices, Cockles is a fantastic company! Small and family run, their customers are not just numbers, every conversation is personal while still being professional. They have always put my situation and affordability as a priority. They genuinely known and care about their customers to the point that - in my experience, I have had calls from them on months that I’ve been paid early to see if I want to make payments early because they remember the situation with my bank etc. I have done and will continue to recommend Cockles to friends and family and will remain a loyal customer for as long as I need them Reviewed on: 3rd June 2022
