Utter professionalism and understanding

I was sinking in a sea of debt and PayPlan talked me through the processes and put me into a debt management plan which eased the pressure on me so much! I'm repaying the debts and get regular updates and contact, whenever required. Each and every person I've spoken to has been non judgmental and totally helpful.
