Awful

Absolutely shocking service. Wouldn’t bother with this company. Over 4 weeks to get a cooker element. Lied to constantly regarding sending a engineer out. Told the part arrived to be then told the part has not arrived. Could have got the part delivered to my house on next day delivery as enquired myself. Utterly poor Customer service. Complaints department is even more useless Reviewed on: 6th June 2022
