Worse customer service I have ever received

I have been trying since August 2021 to drawdown and still no further on . They never respond to emails, rarely answer the phone . I’ve made an official complaint over two months ago and still awaiting a response. They consistently send out the wrong forms or don’t bother sending them at all. Financial projections are appalling, seems almost fraudulent to me . They have caused me financial loss , stress , anxiety and illness due to lack of transparency, appalling customer service and no continuity of procedures. Complete disrespect and regard for their customers. Avoid at all costs and move your money ( if you can as it seems impossible to get your hands on YOUR money.) I have NOTHING good to say about Aegon. Reviewed on: 7th June 2022
