A lifeline in hard times

I honestly don't know where we'd be without payplan. They've navigated us through a DMP and an IVA and taken almost all of the stress associated with debt away from us. At times it can be a little difficult to speak to someone or get answers to simple questions, so that is frustrating, but when you do get through, the staff are always pleasant and non-judgmental and patient. We're nearly out of the woods now and in the nicest way possible I hope I never have to deal with Payplan again, but I would certainly recommend them to friends or family members who find themselves in the same boat.
