Calm voices in a time of absolute panic

My bank sent me to payplan when I went to them over the financial difficulties. My bank couldn't give me any help and I really did feel my situation was hopeless.......until I started with just a chat on the payplan website, from then on I felt a weight was lifted. My debts were large, and my family situation complicated by disabled relatives living in a granny flat, my husband owning his own business and I was a carer unable to take on any more work. I had been spinning plates with debts not knowing where to turn, when Wendy dissected everything and actually understood dividends, directors loans etc and all the other things that my creditors didn't want to know about, and found a solution. Wendy was literally a calm voice in a time of absolute blind panic. I now make 1 payment, and the help line are on call, email or text whenever I have a query. PayPlan have literally saved my sanity.
