Beyond helpful when I'm a blubbering Mess

After finding myself in trouble, PayPlan were there to help. From the very first phonecall I was made to feel calm, comfortable and supported. All the way though my ranty emails, my blubbing on the phone, absolutely everything they did made me feel better. I'm only a few payments in but they've been there for every single thing.
