Changed my life

I got in to a substantial amount of debt through a major decline in my mental health. I suffer from PTSD, anxiety and depression following the tragic deaths of my nan, father and brother a few years ago. I wasn't well enough to leave the house to go to work and I fell massively behind with my bills and debt repayments. The interest amounts kept growing and I could no longer keep my head above water. I contacted Payplan, they helped me to find the best solution for my situation and guided me through the process with understanding and care. Each step of the way they ensured I was informed and listened to. What they did for me has really changed my life, I still struggle with my finances and mental health but Payplan are still there to support me and have even given me payment breaks in times of difficulty.
