When I approached pay plan after advice from the CAB I was ill with worry and having frequent panic attacks . It was like being buried in a concrete box. Pay plan were amazing there was no judgement because the shame of being in debt is suffocating. Everything was taken care of I didn't have to speak to anyone else and a payment plan was put in place even leaving a little extra so as you can still enjoy your life.
