Lifesaving

Payplan was recommended to me by my sister and every step of setting up my plan was so simple and quick staff were so understanding and explained everything so well. After a year my circumstances changed again but they were easy to contact and able to reassure me calm me down and sort out a new plan. Over the phone they always give you that feeling that it’s ok not to be ok and they go out of their way to help. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022
