Professional, understanding and empathic to individual circumstances

I separated from my children's Dad in 2016, and began sinking in debt after going part time with one income. I contacted Payplan who explained my options. Payplan made sure I knew what I was entering into . Whenever I have spoken to anyone from the team since every person has been helpful without appearing condescending or judgemental. Payplan explained every step of the way of my IVA making sure I understood my asking questions. I would definitely recommend Payplan as a debt management company to family and friends.
