RBS not as bad as many make out

Banked with RBS for 20 years, had no problems with them, professional, polite, good customer service. Informative when asked questions with regards to saving accounts and ISAs. Branches are in convenient locations for me, with parking which is a big plus. I had problems with my credit card (wrong pin inserted at the cash machine), their fraud department rang me straight away to ask if i had my card with me, asking if it had been stolen, lost etc. Impressive.
