Easy and understanding

I was embarrassed when I started my journey into an IVA. I struggled with speaking to people on the phone due to anxiety that was related to finances. PayPlanPlus went out of their way to ensure the majority of my correspondence was done through email/mail. They were kind and understanding, and throughout the year and a half I have been with them they have ensured I still had enough to provide for my family and changed my spending when my son got sick to ensure I could afford to park at the hospitals daily.
