Understanding and supporting

When I was rock bottom and petrified that being in debt meant no way out and being embarrassed to ask for help, payplan were literally my saviour. The first gentleman I dealt with was so understanding when I was emotional and also supportive to help me with all the questions. I have also been able to still retain some money of my own to live a little now as for the first few years was a little tight. It’s such a relief when you see an end date in sight.
