Getting in touch with Payplan, because of the financial difficulties I faced, was the best thing I could have done. Allowing me to make affordable monthly payments for 5 years, saved me. Obviously I wish I'd never had to contact them, and I wouldn't wish my situation on anyone, but they have been so helpful and understanding, I can't fault Payplan as an arrangement.
