Felt emotionally safe, listened to, empathic, proffessional support and patient.

I have been in serious financial difficulty post Covid.. I was given the number for payplan and never looked back. The advisor that looked after me, was amazing. She listened to my story, heard my cry, never told me to stay focused and was patient understanding and gave me options advise and checked in with me on days when I did not have an appointment. I'm sad that she will no longer be my 'mentor moving forward with my payplan. I know I have a long haul in front of me but she has assured me that Im safe and no one will ever take my hose from me ever again. Rowina is her name. short for ( Rue) I would frecommend Rue to anyone facing financial difficulty. She was honest and help me see how I could fix my life once and for all. Thank yu Rowina ( Rue) I hope you have saved my life. ( I will only know the answr to this in 6 years time,when Im debt free. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022
