Best decision I've made!

Before I took the decision to call PayPlan everything looked hopeless as my debts spiralled and weighed heavily on my mind day in and day out. I am so glad I called them. PayPlan stepped in and took the worry of all of my debts from off my shoulders without making me feel judged or a failure. PayPlan rescued me from the fear of not being able to keep up payments to my creditors as they worked out a repayment solution which left me with enough money to live on and contacted my creditors on my behalf, saving me the embarrassment. PayPlan has saved me from many sleepless nights of worry, anxiety and depression. PayPlan has restored my peace of mind and given me hope. Their calm, understanding and non judgemental approach made the whole process painless, so much so that I wished I had contacted them sooner. Whenever I have needed to speak to someone from PayPlan on the phone, I have always been dealt with courteously and with respect. PayPlan staff are knowledgeable, professional and always take the trouble to explain everything to me clearly and in detail. They never rush me and nothing is too much trouble for them!
