10 years of fantastic service

I found Payplan after losing my job due to a company becoming insolvent so I had no notice, no redundancy pay and even lost out on wages and holiday pay that I had accrued. I literally had no idea what to do about my creditors, Payplan were so helpful and explained everything clearly & really put my mind at ease. It’s 10 years now since I first called them and they have been wonderful, the staff are always so patient and polite and you really get the feeling that they actually care. I have also recommended them to friends. I’m always surprised that people haven’t heard of them, there seems to be other services that get more publicity and while I know they all do a fantastic job I think Payplan should get more recognition.
