Payplan are a great debt solutions company!

Payplan are a great debt solutions company. They do not judge individuals that need their help. I felt secure and confident when I confided in Payplan for help. They provide debt solutions and you are not forced into any option that you do not want to take. They will support your decision and allow you time to think. Their website is great and easy to use and has plenty of information about the company and their solutions. Their app is great to keep track of your debts and the payments and also provides an easy way to communicate with your case manager. Due to how busy they are responses can be delayed which can be frustrating however they do always respond and resolve any queries. Overall they are a fantastic debt solutions company, originally I was offered bankruptcy however I chose a Debt Management Plan although it will take longer to be debt free, this solution was what I was comfortable with and they have supported me. I will stay with this debt solutions provider for as long as I need too. Continue the great work you do to support those in need. They don't charge fees and they don't pester you with calls and emails all day long. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

Originally I had a DMP with StepChange and found that it all had to be on their terms. I changed to PayPlan and first opted for an IVA which was all set up in a week and I was talked through the whole thing so I understood. Due to an unexpected work bonus I ended up choosing a DMP with PayPlan, they were happy to change since my IVA hadn't been finalised at that stage. Really simple and easy to go ahead with, again I was talked through the whole process and they have an App which is updated based on your creditors, the balances etc. Really great support and I am able to make extra payments if I have extra money. I feel more secure and finally free to move forward in life. I can make the payments on my payday which falls on the 25th of each month whereas step change only took payments on the 1st of each month. I find that making payments on my payday getting the money straight out is easier for me, rather than waiting for the payment to be taken and potentially using those funds.
