Getting back on your feet

Right from the start at which time I did not know where to turn I received good advice and a plan going forward that has remained in place ever since. Despite a few twists and turns my debts have decreased about 75% and there is light at the end of the tunnel . It also helps that a) there are regular reviews and b) they can be contacted very easily by various means - I use email and get replies the next day.
