Caring and friendly

Hayley my case worker has been absolutely amazing for me. She's been so caring and understanding of my case since I lost my husband at the end of last year. I don't feel pressured by the company intact I feel like I've got a very friend who keeps in touch with me on a monthly basis to see how I'm coping. Hayley has actually been in touch with me more than family and friends have been. Payplan are the only company that's not been on my back for payments!! I can't thank Hayley enough!!
