Very helpful and non judgemental

I was nervous about approaching anyone for financial help. I'm embarrassed I'm in this position despite it being changes of circumstances which have caused it. I have have nothing but honesty and help from Pay Plan. They explained all the legal stuff in a way that I was able to understand with endless patience. I am finding the whole situation very stressful but Pay Plan have guided me through every step of the way. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022
