Light at the end of a dark tunnel.

I can't tell you how low I was about my financial situation, not seeing a way through it all. One day I called Payplan full of anxiety and depression. They were extremely understanding and listened well to my situation. Just hearing a kind voice who was going to help navigate me just reduced me to tears of relief.
