allowed me to live again.

When I approached Payplan I was desperate . Four young children, constant threats from debt collectors. Life spiralled out of control due to a series of unforeseen events, not through being negligent with lifestyle or materialism . From the start, I was always accepting of paying off debt, but just needed it to be at a realistic amount that allowed us to live and to stop the stress of threats and debt collectors at the door, which came with sleepless nights and constant stress. Payplan dealt with everything. They are kind, caring, empathetic and understanding of my personal circumstances. I wholeheartedly think they deserve this award and although I am looking forward to being debt free, I will miss them !!! Reviewed on: 8th June 2022
