A decent service with decent agents

I was made redundant during first year of covid. I am so embarrased by my situation because I have always had a job and never experienced redundancy. I also struggled to handle my finances and the staff who handled my case treated me with respect and did not judge. I also lost my mother recently after a battle with cancer and the team showed compassion even when I was not responsive at times. I still deal with anxiety since losing my job then later my mother as well as adapting to things payplan continued to do their best help me make life manageable in order to make payments. I am trying to gain control in my life but payplan have been making life easier and respecting the things I am dealing with and I hope the level of service given continues because it has helped me cope.
