Empathy over judgment

Financial hardship is paralysing and severely undermines one’s self-esteem. The PayPlan team have always been supportive and reassuring. At no point have I ever felt judged or rebuked. On the contrary, their empathy and guidance have helped me stay optimistic about my debt repayments. PayPlan’s support has given me a sense of direction and self worth. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022
