A life saver

PayPlan have been a literal life saver for my family. When due to redundancy, and illness several years ago my husband and I fell way behind with payments on everything except our mortgage, we were using payday loans to buy basic groceries. When we found PayPlan things were pretty dire and I was struggling to see the point of being here. They were amazing, they spoke to us in depth, were very easy to understand, and very pleasant, helpful and polite. I immediately felt in safe hands, and quickly felt as if a load had been lifted from my shoulders. They managed to work out a DMP for us, and thankfully were able to get all of our creditors on board. They have been easy to contact, and they get in touch with me should anything need adjusting. The yearly budget update/check is simple to do online, as is contacting them via their very easy to navigate site. Unfortunately our financial situation hasn't improved much over the years, but they have been helpful, friendly and supportive at every step, and made life enjoyable again.
