The team at PayPlan saved my life

When I went to the bank to ask for a consolidation loan when my marriage had broken down and my husband left me with £16 a month after bills. With two children to support and an unsupportive employer I did not know where to turn. I wanted my life to end I was unable to see any way out of it. The bank manager said 'we can't help you.' She shut the door of her room and said 'I'm going to give you details for PayPlan and they will help you.' I really didn't think anyone could help me. I was lost. From the first phone call they were helpful, understanding and kind. At a time when I didn't know who or what to trust they were there for me. Not always saying what I wanted to hear, they often said what I needed to hear. A few days before Christmas they worked to get everything set up. My life has changed since that happened in 2018. I've been in their care. It is thanks to their kindness and dedication that I am where I am today. I have a new job, I cycle to save fuel, I have a car for work. Because of my marriage break up and my inability to secure a mortgage I lost my house, but they helped me move from a homeless flat and into a housing association property. Things are good.
