Helped me when I didn't know where to turn

I found myself in a very difficult situation following splitting with my partner. I was in so much debt and unable to afford to pay those debts and bills etc. I am on my own with a teenage daughter. Despite working full time I would not have managed at all. Payplan were non judgement, very sympathetic, knowledgeable and showed genuine empathy. They arrange an affordable payment plan for me and I am very, very, grateful. Reviewed on: 9th June 2022
